Installation and Commissioning
Our experienced and skilled technicians can install all of the foodservice and stainless steel equipment that you purchase from us. Our consultant chefs can assist you with the commissioning of food service equipment and with the training of your kitchen staff.
We understand the importance of thorough preparation work prior to turning up at site to install equipment and/or stainless steel benches. We understand the frustration of arriving at site to install commercial kitchen equipment and/or stainless steel benches, to find all of the electrical and plumbing points are in the wrong position or the equipment does not fit in the designated position, or the stainless steel bench is too big or small, or the exhaust canopy is made for the wrong equipment underneath it and the air flow in the kitchen is incorrect, all of these problems can occur and usually by second guessing. To overcome these problems we have qualified design/chef consultants, project managers, CAD drafters, site co-ordinators, plumbers, electricians and sheet metal workers, who work on high quality commercial kitchens every day. Site measurements are taken when designing and then again when constructing to ensure they are extremely accurate. We provide electrical and hydraulic service layout drawings to ensure service points are exactly in the right position(examples below). We have experienced, friendly staff as well as skilled contacts in the food service equipment industry to bring each job together efficiently and in an organised manner resulting in customer satisfaction.
